At Orchestrate Health, we understand how difficult OCD can make life. The symptoms get in the way of feeling happy and fulfilled – our at-home customised treatment packages led by our caring and knowledgeable professionals are designed to help you get the joy back into your life.
Although it might seem like breaking free of OCD can be impossible, with the right treatment it is definitely achievable. If you’re one of the 1.2% of the UK population who suffer from persistent, obsessive thoughts or rituals then our Stepped Care model may be able to help you.
You don’t have to worry about your symptoms being taken seriously or sitting on waiting lists without being seen. At Orchestrate Health, we offer a rapid response diagnosis within 24 hours and bespoke treatment plans suited to your precise needs.
The symptoms of OCD – Obsessive Compulsive Disorder – can make engaging in treatment difficult. With Orchestrate Health, you’ll only ever deal with a small team of our hand-picked experts as you embark on your recovery journey.
We can deliver the majority of our treatment via video calls, without sacrificing any of the quality. You’ll get to work with our highly-trained professionals on a one-to-one basis, on a timetable that works for you.
We don’t think that mental health treatment should get in the way of your life – it should add to it. We can make our schedule fit around yours, so that you can work towards wellness with minimal disruption to your life.
OCD is a deeply personal condition – everyone experiences the symptoms differently. So, your treatment should be unique too. Orchestrate Health offers personalised treatment packages for OCD, which is delivered using our Stepped Care approach. We don’t treat the disorder – we treat the person with the disorder.
Stepped Care ensures that you only ever receive the level of healthcare that you need – whether it’s 24/7 live-in care or weekly therapy sessions, we can provide it. We can constantly adjust this as your support needs change.
Our team includes:
We offer a range of different therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the root cause of your OCD, alter disruptive or harmful thinking patterns and compulsive behaviours, and create healthy coping strategies. Your therapist will help you engage with your fears without unhelpful coping strategies, and work through your thoughts and fears gradually.
You will have access to a dedicated therapist who you will build a deeply trusting relationship with as you explore your condition and move towards your recovery journey. You will gain greater understanding of your inner workings, and will be able to identify when you might be slipping into unhelpful patterns.
Some people with OCD benefit from medication alongside therapeutic treatment. The main type of medication used are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) – these help increase the levels of serotonin in your brain.
These medicines can take some time to begin working. During this period we will check on your progress to make sure your treatment is as effective as possible, and we can adjust our prescribing accordingly.
In extreme cases, OCD can make everyday tasks seem impossible. To help you get back to the life you deserve, we can arrange in-home support such as:
Live in Mental Health Nursing (RMN/CPN) – 12/8/ hour shift availability
Visiting Mental Health Nurse (RMN/CPN) – 2/4/6 hour visits
Occupational Health
Therapeutic Support workers
Recovery Coaches – mental health coaches who can provide psychosocial support as well as life coaching.
